Beijing GH Zenair Aviation Science and Technology Center (Limited Partnership) began to promote the development of low-altitude general aviation in China in 2011. The business involves general aviation flying, airport investment, construction and operation (all kinds of general airport planning and design), general aviation passengers and freight transportation, pilot training, flight maintenance, aircraft component manufacturing, complete aircraft manufacturing and assembly, test flight, aircraft operation, airspace management and rule formulation.

The subordinate GH Group company is committed to developing China mass general aviation transportation skyway network, aiming to build a general aviation industry chain system with aircraft R&D and manufacturing, general aviation operation, airport investment and management, pilot training and aircraft maintenance as its core. Its self-developed "Air Hummer" CH750HD aircraft was awarded the Type Certificate (TC) on November 4, 2020, and the Production Certificate (PC) on December 18, 2020. The company has already obtained the "market pass", and officially entered the stage of mass production and delivery.

The subordinate Nebula GH Group was established on April 20, 2016 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. At present, the company is mainly engaged in three general aviation business:

First, Nebula Flight Map (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. plans to compile 40 general aviation visual flight maps nationwide. At present, we have cooperated with the government in Shenyang, Suzhou, Nanning, Nantong and other places on map drawing.

Second, Nebula General Aviation (Beijing) Co., Ltd. conducts talent training and carries research and study between students on the general aviation industry. The company also carries out basic pilot training. After the theoretical study, the trainees will be trained to taxi and raise the nose of the aircraft up during taxing. At present, a general aviation flight academy has been established in Jiangsu province, and the first batch of 750 people are planned to be trained in the academy.

Third, Beijing Yuehai Sunshine Asset Management Co., Ltd. operates general aviation operation business. By cooperating with local governments to operate airports, the company can lease manned and unmanned small aircraft purchased by the government to implement related general aviation services, such as pilot training, low-altitude tourism, logistics transportation, plant protection and emergency rescue.
