On September 5th, during the 2024 China-Africa Cooperation Forum, Chen Wei, vice chairman of China General Aviation Economic Union and chairman of Nebula GH Group, and Albert, director of Zambia National Development Agency, signed a memorandum of cooperation on "Zambia National Skyway Transportation Network Project" in Beijing to promote the construction of Zambia's mass Skyway Transportation network and improve its traffic conditions.

Zambia is a landlocked developing country, with road network running at the speed of 8~16 km/h throughout the country. So that a new safe transportation system with high efficiency, low investment and high stability is needed to upgrade the existing backward transportation system. Chen Wei introduced that the cooperation project signed this time is "Zambia Mass Genaral Aviation Transportation Skyway Network" (keeping the running speed at 60~150 km/h), which mainly contains general aviation air traffic scientific management, aircraft manufacturing, investment and management of various airport or landing points, service and training of pilots, flight and operation management, maintenance network, general aviation insurance and financial system. At present, the most important things are the scientific management system of basic general aviation airspace, aircraft manufacturing and the investment and construction of small airports. So far, Zambia's general aviation airspace traffic scientific management system is almost blank.

Chen Wei believes that the established basic system can be upgraded to digital and artificial intelligence management after it is familiar to the public. Zambia needs to produce a large number of aircraft, which will be used as an important transportation method. It is necessary to build a large number of small airports (thousands to tens of thousands), which will connect all parts of the country and serve the public. Under the leadership and support of the Zambian government, Nebula GH aircraft Manufacturing Group Ltd. will lead as many partners as possible to invest in Zambia, and under the leadership of the Zambian government, establish Zambia Mass General Aviation traffic network. It is planned to involve more than $1 billion in investment and more than 10 billion in productivity in the first decade, and a brand-new system will be created to serve the whole Zambia.
